Thermography Health Screening – An Important Part of Your Health Plan
In traditional office settings, a health screening will include a urine sample and sometimes a blood sample to gauge overall health. Knowing what to test for is necessary so the correct labs are run and reported. But not everything is tested for and the physician uses his or her best judgment and expertise to determine which tests to run on you. Sometimes you get answers to your health issues, sometimes you do not.
At Sima Ash Wellness Center, we use thermography, which is a state-of-the-art health screening system that identifies physiological dysfunction very early in the disease process. Using a subtle thermal stress stimulus that initiates a regulation response, underlying disturbances and dysfunctional organ systems are revealed with a high degree of accuracy. A comprehensive patient report that is generated within minutes clearly outlines and illustrates the dysfunctional areas for an integrative approach to treatment strategy.
Grounded in the science of Regulation Thermography our state of the art thermography device analyzes and compares the behavior of 120 neuro-modulated skin temperature points derived from over 30 years of use in over 500 medical centers worldwide. The system is able to recognize patterns of physiological dysfunction.
Research from the Susan G. Komen Foundation identified radiation exposure from medical imaging as a risk factor for breast cancer[i] and that they should try and minimize exposure. Since mammography is a source of radiation, women around the world have been turning to thermography for breast screenings as a supplement or in lieu of mammography.
Thermography provides clear identification of breast dysfunction and gradings for suspected anomalies. In addition to breast screenings, thermography is used to identify early physiological dysfunctions in the following areas:
- Peripheral vascular disease
- Musculoskeletal disorders
- Extracranial cerebral and facial vascular disease
- Abnormalities of the thyroid gland
- Various neoplastic and inflammatory conditions.
- Signatures and gradings for prostate
Thermography is non-invasive and you will be in a comfortably cool private room. If you are looking for a safe way to gauge your health, please contact our office at (310) 738-8878 to schedule an appointment. We look forward to helping your achieve optimal health.
