As the temperature and light shift and the season changes, many people become sensitive to the time change as well as the change in seasons.  We have recommendations to help you make a smoother transition.

 

1.  Aurum Metallicum -  made from gold.  Gold has long been associated with the sun due to its brilliance and reflective qualities.  This remedy can help individuals with sleep issues, sadness and feelings of worthlessness that can sometimes come on when the seasons change.

 

2.  Coffea Cruda - made from coffee.  Homeopathy works on the principle that like cures like, therefore using coffea cruda to help with sleeplessness for a variety of reasons including change of seasons, time change and jet lag can be very effective. 

3.  Vitamin D has ben found to be VERY helpful with aiding in sleep, time change and Seasonal Affective Disorder.  The best source of vitamin D is the sun, however, if you do not get enough sunlight, it is important to supplement with D3.
